Hill's Pet Nutrition, a division of Colgate-Palmolive, has appointed Yvonne Hsu as president, effective July 1, 2025. The Colgate-Palmolive board of directors has also elected Hsu as a corporate officer.
Hsu replaces John Hazlin, who has been named Colgate-Palmolive's chief growth officer. The transition reflects Hill's continued focus on science-based pet nutrition and professional channel growth.
"It's a privilege to lead Hill's Pet Nutrition, a company synonymous with scientific excellence and an unwavering commitment to pet health and well-being," said Hsu. "As a proud pet parent to Max, Asher and Annie, I see first hand the impact our nutrition has on pet health. I look forward to building on our strong foundation of innovation and professional advocacy to ensure we continue to deliver industry leading nutrition that meets the evolving needs of pets worldwide and drive growth for Hill's."

She joined Colgate-Palmolive in 2000 and has worked across multiple categories within the company over her 25-year tenure. Hsu holds a bachelor's degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Cornell University's SC Johnson Graduate School of Management.
