UK-based pet food company Omni reported more than 200% sales growth in the 12 months following its February 2025 appearance on the television investment program Dragons' Den, with annual sales reaching £8.4 million (US$10.6 million) in 2025, up from £2.7 million (US$3.4 million) in 2024 and £1.2 million (US$1.5 million) in 2023.
The company said annual recurring revenue grew tenfold over the past 12 months, reaching £11 million (US$13.9 million) by January 2026.
Founded by veterinarian Dr. Guy Sandelowsky and former finance executive Shiv Sivakumar, Omni produces plant-based, allergy-focused dog food and supplements. The brand said more than 100,000 new customers have purchased its products since the Dragons' Den appearance.
Top-selling products include the Stress & Anxiety Supplements line, the Sensitivity Complete Food Recipe and a recently launched Dental Sticks range.
Omni said its novel-protein recipes — derived from yeast, algae and pulses — generate 73% fewer CO2 emissions compared to standard meat-based dog food. The company said long-standing customers have collectively helped avoid more than 8.5 million kg of CO2 equivalent emissions.
In January 2026, Omni announced a partnership with broadcaster and naturalist Chris Packham, who is documenting a 90-day nutrition trial with his two dogs across media and social channels.
"Skin conditions, gut issues and obesity are soaring in our dogs, yet so many products on the market fail to address the root cause," Sandelowsky said. "Omni delivers nutritionally complete, hypoallergenic food that supports health from the inside out — while being kinder to the planet."
Sivakumar, who said his own allergy-prone Cockapoo inspired the company's founding, added: "Traditional diets were worsening my dog's health, and I knew there had to be a better solution. Omni is about transforming everyday feeding into long-term health — for pets and the planet."
Omni was also named to the Startups 100 Index 2025.
