Vital Essentials, the flagship brand of Green Bay, Wisconsin-based Carnivore Meat Company, is introducing several new products at Global Pet Expo 2026, including a freeze-dried format developed specifically for cats and an expanded lineup of raw single-ingredient chews.
The launches are anchored by a new brand platform called Protein Powered Vitality, which the company says reflects its ingredient philosophy of meat, organs and bone without fillers or additives.
The new Crunchy Micro Nibs for Cats feature smaller, freeze-dried bites in novel protein blends, launching in a 12-ounce format. Select varieties will also be available in 25-ounce bags for multi-cat households.
The brand is adding four products to its RAW Bar lineup: Chicken Necks, Turkey Hearts, Silver Carp and Beef Tendon. Vital Essentials is also expanding its Quail Soft Nibs as a Neighborhood Pet exclusive, a move the company says reflects its focus on independent pet retailers.
Additional product news includes expanded 3-pound bag formats for several existing recipes, targeting multi-pet households and high-frequency feeders.
