Women in Petfood Leadership (WIPL) will hold its first-ever European event at Interzoo 2026, bringing together women across the global pet food industry for a morning of leadership programming, career development content and networking.
The event is scheduled for Wednesday, May 13, from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. in the Istanbul Room, NCC Ost, Nuremberg Messe. A light breakfast will be provided. Attendance is by RSVP.
"We’re looking forward to building on the success of Women in Petfood Leadership in North America by expanding it into Europe,” Debbie Phillips-Donaldson, editor-in-chief of Petfood Industry and Petfood Forum. “It’s really exciting to have the first event for the program outside of North America at Interzoo, where so many women and their allies in the industry network and do business.”
WIPL is an initiative that brings together professional women in pet food to build community through networking, career planning, leadership development and professional support. The program is open to all women — and men — who support the principles of cooperation, education, mentoring and encouragement for women to grow professionally throughout the pet food industry.
The Interzoo event marks the program's debut outside North America. Speaker details will be announced soon.
