Two U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) food safety advisory committees were disbanded last week – the National Advisory Committee on Microbiological Criteria for Foods (NACMCF) and the National Advisory Committee on Meat and Poultry Inspection (NACMPI), according to Reuters.
