The New Zealand Food Safety Authority (FSA) has decided not to take Gillard Meat Processors to court after it was accused of selling petfood made from horse meat for human consumption.

The agency investigated the accusation in September 2009 and said it will not prosecute the company, according to Radio New Zealand .
