
Picart Petcare celebrated its 70th anniversary with the opening of its new facility in Can Prat, Llinars del Vallès.
The new facility will triple the company's production capacity. The company noted the new plant is equipped with the latest technology and advanced machines, specifically designed to raise the standards of quality and safety of its products.
According to Picart, the technology in the new facility will allow it to ensure complete traceability throughout its production process.

Guests had the opportunity to explore the modern facilities on a guided tour, immersing themselves in the production process of kibble, from raw material selection to bagging and pallet construction.
Founded in 1953, Picart specializes in pet food developed by veterinarians and formulated with high-quality ingredients with the aim to support overall health and wellness in dogs and cats. Since its beginnings, the company has grown to include a staff of 35, and in 2022 had a turnover of €14.9 million ($16.3 million USD).
