Smart Cookie Barkery has partnered with Natural Animal Nutrition and West Plains Vet Supply to expand distribution of its dog and cat treats in the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest regions of the U.S.
“Independent pet retailers are the backbone of this industry,” said Tammy Witmer, sales manager at Smart Cookie Barkery. “These new partnerships with Natural Animal Nutrition and West Plains Vet Supply mean better, faster access for our retail partners and more happy tails across the country.”
Natural Animal Nutrition, based in Belcamp, Maryland, will distribute in the Mid-Atlantic, while Springfield, Missouri–based West Plains Vet Supply will cover key Midwest markets. The agreements aim to improve product availability for independent retailers.
Founded in 2012 in Golden, Colorado, U.S., Smart Cookie Barkery produces single-protein, limited-ingredient treats and toppers, including a growing line of products for cats.
