Full-year outlook
Symrise reaffirmed its 2026 guidance of 2% to 4% organic sales growth, an adjusted EBITDA margin of 21.5% to 22.5% and an adjusted business free cash flow margin above 14%. The company expects full-year organic sales growth near the midpoint of that range, with fourth-quarter growth slowing from the third-quarter level against higher prior-year comparisons. Symrise expects its adjusted EBITDA margin to land in the lower half of the guidance range because of reinvestments in IT, innovation and staff.
Symrise, headquartered in Holzminden, Germany, supplies flavors, fragrances, cosmetic ingredients and functional ingredients to customers including pet food producers. The company reported sales of about €4.9 billion (US$5.45 billion) in 2025.
