The Pet Sustainability Coalition has appointed Chloe DiVita as its first director of growth, a newly created leadership position aimed at expanding the organization's membership and industry impact.
DiVita brings more than two decades of entrepreneurial and leadership experience to the role, including over a decade in the pet industry. She has launched industry events, developed partnerships, and led sales and business development initiatives.
As director of growth, DiVita will lead efforts to expand PSC's membership, increase organizational revenue, and raise industry awareness of the coalition's mission and impact. She will work with the leadership team to develop partnerships and deliver value to members while supporting companies in adopting sustainable environmental and social practices.
"Chloe's deep industry relationships and proven success in sales, marketing and business development make her the ideal leader to accelerate PSC's membership growth," said Jim Lamancusa, CEO of PSC. "We exist to drive value for our members and impact in the industry. I have no doubt that her entrepreneurial background and ability to connect with companies across the pet space will help expand our community and strengthen PSC's ability to drive meaningful impact."
DiVita said she looks forward to strengthening PSC's position in the industry. "I am thrilled to join PSC in this new role and help strengthen the coalition's position as the pet industry's sustainability leader," she said. "Growing our membership means more companies taking action, more collaboration across the industry, and ultimately greater positive impact for pets, people, and the planet."
The appointment comes as PSC continues to build collaborative solutions across the pet industry supply chain with its 200-plus member companies. The coalition focuses on addressing environmental and social challenges, including sustainable packaging and responsible ingredient sourcing.
DiVita, who lives in Broomfield, Colorado, with her husband and their greyhound, Silka, began her role on September 8, 2025.
Founded in 2013 by eight companies, PSC now serves nearly 200 member companies across the pet industry.
