Spot & Tango has named Serena Advani as general manager of PupGum, its patent-pending postbiotic dental chew, and Sowan Cha Rhee as SVP of finance.
Advani previously founded Seadrop, a waterless skincare brand, and held roles at McKinsey advising consumer brands on growth strategy and M&A, and at The Estée Lauder Companies leading global brand strategy for Bobbi Brown. She holds degrees in cognitive neuroscience and operations from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from The Wharton School.
Rhee brings more than a decade of experience across high-growth consumer brands and investment banking, with expertise in strategic finance, FP&A, fundraising, analytics, and operational leadership. Most recently, she served as VP of Strategic Finance at ByHeart, where she led company-wide FP&A and analytics and supported more than $250 million in fundraising.
Rhee previously held senior finance roles at ELEMIS, part of The L'OCCITANE Group, and led retail FP&A at Vince. Rhee began her career in investment banking at Citigroup and later worked in equity research at Evercore. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
