Pet treats continue to be a growing segment in the pet space. According to NIQ data compiled and analyzed at the end of 2022, dog treats and cats treats saw significant sales growth both in stores and online in 2022, with cat treats in particular coming out nearly on top out of all pet care categories in the online space (with almost 40% dollar growth).
