Belgium-based United Petfood, international producer of dog and cat food, plans to acquire a stake in Turkey-based Lider Pet Food. Lider will remain independently managed.

Lider Pet Food produces pet food at two production facilities in Turkey. The company has 15 years of experience in the production of dry pet food for dogs and cats as well as feed for birds, rabbits and rodents. Lider also supplies wet pet food and treats for several of its own brands.
