The global trade in poultry meat should end 2024 1-2% higher, reflecting gradually improving conditions in the global economy and rising consumption. Demand for chicken meat should rise as economies grow and inflation continues to fall. The latest forecasts from the International Monetary Fund suggest that the latter will continue on a downward trend to at least the end of 2025.
