The Swedish-based Voff Premium Pet Food acquired dog and cat food manufacturer Carnibest for an undisclosed amount.
This marks the company’s tenth acquisition since the inception in 2014, a deal for the natural raw pet food maker.
With the gain of Carnibest’s Ermelo production site, Voff now has a total of nine manufacturing facilities.
The 20 employees of Carnibest will continue to work at the company.

Carnibest is the second acquisition of Voff this year, with the addition of Energique in February 2023 that marked their expansion into the Dutch cat and dog food market.
In March 2023, Voff announced Anders Kristiansen as its new CEO. Kristiansen saw a growth potential in the company and expressed that M&A would play a huge role in his growth strategy.
