Kemin Industries Inc. has acquired a majority share of an Italian manufacturer of encapsulation technology and products sold via distribution by Soda Feed Ingredients .

Kemin will invest resources in research and development to apply this technology in the food, petfood, nutraceutical and pharmaceutical industries.
