Boops Pets received NASC Quality Seal certification following verification of its Current Good Manufacturing Practices oversight, labeling guidelines adherence, and integration with the National Animal Supplement Council's Adverse Event Reporting System.
The company said the certification process confirmed Boops Pets maintains Quality Control Manuals and Standard Operating Procedures ensuring traceability and quality assurance from raw materials through finished products. The audit validated the company's cGMP practices modeled after 21 CFR 111 and 507 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
"We founded Boops Pets with a singular directive: to bring rigorous scientific discipline to the pet supplement aisle," said Jeffrey Meng, founder of Boops Pets. "Earning the NASC Quality Seal is not just a badge; it is an objective verification of our operating philosophy. We believe that 'good enough' is unacceptable when it comes to the health of our companions. This certification assures our customers that every formula is backed by rigorous quality control, transparency, and a dedication to safety that matches their own devotion to their pets."
Bill Bookout, president of NASC, said Boops Pets has demonstrated a clear understanding of and compliance with the NASC requirements. "Their commitment to meeting the standards of the NASC audit certification program is to be commended," he added.
Boops Pets manufactures supplements with human-grade ingredients for joint flexibility and mobility, emotional balance, and gut health support in dogs. The company formulates cGMP-compliant supplements using research-backed ingredients.
