Flexible packaging manufacturer ProAmpac is observing its fifth annual Global Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Week from April 22 to 28, 2025, with a series of safety and sustainability-focused activities across its international sites.

Themed “Our Planet, Our People!,” the 2025 EHS Week aims to promote both environmental responsibility and workplace safety. The event aligns with Earth Day on April 22 and the World Day for Safety and Health at Work on April 28. This year’s emphasis is on personal risk assessment, reinforcing the company’s position that all workplace incidents are preventable.

“EHS Week reflects ProAmpac’s commitment to safety, sustainability, and community,” said Cindy Haven, director, EHS. “These activities showcase the passion and impact of ProAmpac’s employees.”

Facilities around the world will engage in activities such as recycling drives, tree planting, safety-focused games, community cleanups, and creating butterfly habitats. Several initiatives support ProAmpac’s Project Butterfly biodiversity campaign.

The company’s EHS Week is part of its broader strategy to build a culture of safety and environmental stewardship throughout its operations.
