Corporate Project Services (CPS) and WEnger CARE have merged under the 1 Solution Group umbrella into a unified entity called 1 Solution Group (1SG), the company announced.
The organization will offer engineering capabilities, equipment support services, team training and execution leadership for food, feed and industrial processors.
"This merger is more than a name change — it's a transformation in how we serve our clients," said Jeremiah Carter, project engineering manager at 1 Solution Group. "Our clients now have one partner for every phase of the project lifecycle — one plan, one team, one solution."
1 Solution Group's services include process and facility engineering, such as process design, utility planning, 3D layouts, site development, cost estimates and total cost of ownership assessments. The company also offers project execution and integration services, including project management, scheduling, 3D scanning, coordination, process equipment, engineering-procurement-construction services and turnkey delivery.
Additional services include equipment lifecycle support, such as OEM parts, audits, rebuilds, performance assessments, and process and maintenance team training.
