Datacor Inc. announced the unification of its five portfolio companies under the Datacor brand, bringing together Applied Flow Technology, Chemstations, Format Solutions, LabelCalc and TrackAbout under one identity.
The company said the strategic consolidation aims to strengthen Datacor's position as a software partner for process industries while preserving each company's industry knowledge and legacy. The move follows years of strategic acquisitions that expanded Datacor's reach across the sector.
"This unification reflects our belief that we are greater together," said Tom Jackson, president of Datacor. "By aligning under a single brand, we are making it easier for customers to access the full breadth of our expertise and solutions. At the same time, we are empowering our teams to collaborate more effectively so we can continue delivering innovative technology that helps customers tackle their most complex challenges and drive long-term success."
The brand transition began with the launch of a consolidated Datacor website and will continue over the coming months. Products and services remain unchanged, with customers continuing to work with the same teams and receive the same service levels, now supported by expanded organizational resources.
Datacor's software supports process industry functions including engineering process simulation, formula development, manufacturing and delivery, regulatory oversight, financial management, and asset tracking. The unified brand offers customers industry-specific tools designed to provide visibility and control in complex markets.
The company stated the brand unification represents the next step in building stronger customer partnerships, accelerating innovation, and delivering greater value.
