Formerly of Accurate Personnel Services, Ascendo Resources and Boeing, Rodriguez brings her wealth of HR knowledge in recruiting, policies, hiring laws and corporate standards to create a thriving, attractive and progressive workspace at Nature Gnaws.
Andrea Rodriguez carries a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University (NSU) and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University (FAU). Rodriguez is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), which supports HR as a profession and provides further education and certification to its members, while lobbying Congress on critical issues related to labor management.
“Being consistently mindful of employee health, welfare and the entire employment process from hiring to retirement is my priority,” said Rodriguez.
