
Wellness Pet Company has appointed Sanjay Singh as its new chief financial officer.
Singh brings a robust background in financial strategy, with notable experience as a finance and strategy consultant and as the former U.S. CFO for Qurate Inc., previously known as QVC/HSN Inc., a video-commerce retailer with $13 billion in annual revenue. Singh also has a distinguished two-decade career with Procter & Gamble, where he contributed to financial and strategic growth initiatives globally.
Reed Howlett, CEO of Wellness Pet, highlighted Singh’s financial acumen and leadership as key factors in his selection. “As we continue to pursue our company’s purpose, we’re focused on innovative strategies to enhance our product offerings and achieve outstanding business performance,” Howlett said. “Sanjay brings world-class credibility, leadership, and financial fluency that will enhance long-term value creation, operational efficiency, and discipline as we continue to deliver premium nutrition for pets.”
Singh, who joins the executive leadership team at Wellness Pet, is set to oversee financial results, corporate finance, financial planning and investor relations. Singh holds a bachelor’s degree from St. Xavier’s College in Calcutta, India, and is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in India. His appointment is seen as a strategic move for Wellness Pet as it continues expanding its reach in the pet nutrition market.
