The council includes independent veterinary and scientific experts as well as internal company leaders. Its role will be to provide strategic input on product development, clinical research, and scientific substantiation, according to the company.
“At Pet Honesty, we believe true innovation begins with science,” said Rich Greenberg, CEO of Pet Honesty. “This council will help us deliver on our promise to create products rooted in research, designed to meet the evolving needs of pets, and trusted by pet parents and veterinary professionals.”
Council members include:
- Dr. Vickie Carmella, veterinary practitioner and veterinary business expert
- Dr. Kevin Ragland, companion animal scientist and university professor
- Dr. Geri Katz, feline veterinary practitioner specializing in internal medicine and behavior
- Dr. Don Ingram, expert in canine longevity and healthspan
- Dr. Adam Rudinsky, associate professor and veterinary internal medicine specialist
“I’m honored to be part of a council that prioritizes science-driven innovation in pet wellness,” said Katz. “This group brings deep knowledge and passion for animal health, and I’m excited to support Pet Honesty’s mission to improve pets’ lives through thoughtfully developed, effective products.”
Pet Honesty's product line includes items such as Fresh Breath Dental Powder and its dual-texture cat supplements. The company is also the official multivitamin supplement partner of the American Kennel Club.
