
Chuck Latham Associates (CLA) and Angels' Eyes have promoted Rory Fitch to chief operating officer of both companies, the Parker, Colorado, U.S.-based organizations announced.
Fitch, who joined Chuck Latham Associates as vice president in 2024, will provide executive oversight across sales, marketing, operations and animal health commercialization for both businesses. In his previous role, he led the expansion of the company's third-party logistics capabilities and worked to strengthen cross-functional execution across field and corporate teams.

Fitch brings more than 15 years of experience across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, construction and regulated industries.
