Natoo Pet Foods, a Brazil-based superpremium pet food brand, has unveiled new packaging across its product portfolio. The updated design emphasizes sustainability and the brand's Brazilian heritage.

The packaging features hand-drawn illustrated patterns inspired by Brazil's biodiversity and landscapes, developed for the U.S. pet specialty market.

"Our new packaging represents an important evolution for Natoo," said Fernando Maluf, vice president of international sales. "We wanted the design to more authentically communicate who we are as a brand, one rooted in sustainability, inspired by nature, deeply connected to our Brazilian heritage and committed to high-quality, ethically sourced ingredients. The result is a look that feels premium, distinctive and true to the brand."

The updated packaging was designed to improve brand recognition and product navigation for shoppers in-store and online, including distinct color palettes for the dog and cat toppers to help distinguish between the two.

Natoo's sustainability efforts extend beyond packaging. The company operates a LEED Gold-certified, 100% solar-powered facility and has advanced other packaging initiatives, including:

  • Recyclable mono-material packaging for its Crunchy Biscuit line
  • A TerraCycle take-back program for its Meal Topper pouches

The company said its recipes continue to be formulated to support pets' overall health and wellness.

The updated packaging will begin rolling out to retailers nationwide in the coming months.
