The international pet industry will again gather at Interzoo in Nuremberg, Germany, May 29-June 1, 2014. Show organizers say that based on the current level of registrations, Interzoo 2014 is on track to beat registration in 2012.
"The number of registrations is up 21 percent over the comparable period before Interzoo 2012," says Hans-Jochen Büngener, chairman of the Interzoo Exhibition Committee.
"Interzoo has gained new exhibitors, but many of the more than 1,500 companies at the event in 2012 have also registered again and booked larger stand spaces," says Herbert Bollhöfer, managing director of the Interzoo promoter Wirtschaftsgemeinschaft Zoologischer Fachbetriebe GmbH.
Interzoo says its growth is also thanks to positive growth in the worldwide pet market.
