Dogsee Chew, an India-based premium dog treat manufacturer, is sponsoring PetFed 2017, a major pet carnival in Asia. The carnival will be held in Delhi on December 2-3 at NSIC Grounds, Okhla and in Mumbai on December 16-17 at MMRDA Grounds.
According to Dogsee Chew, this is the first time that a start-up from the pet food industry has come forward as a key associate for the event. Previously, Telecom and Automotive majors have promoted the event.
“Awareness regarding healthy pet food in India is minimal,” said Dogsee Chew’s CEO, Bhupendra Khanal, in a press release. “As a company policy, Dogsee Chew has decided to take the responsibility of educating people on how important it is to give your pet healthy, natural and nutritious food. Like humans, they too deserve good food. We are here to build the first global pet food brand which does not compromise on food quality at all, and I am proud to say that we are from India.”
New Delhi has been a witness to PetFed for the past three years, and the event’s success has convinced the organizers to start its first edition in Mumbai in 2017.
“Indian companies are coming up and questioning the status quo,” said PetFed founder and CEO, Akshay Gupta, in a press release. “This is a great thing for the nation and the consumers."

Dogsee Chew also recently hosted #DiwaliForDogs at TherPUP Dog café in Bangalore on October 15, 2017. More than 100 dogs and their pet parents attended to be a part of the celebrations. The purpose of the event was to honor dogs and celebrate their loyalty and devotion to mankind.
The dogs and their parents participated in various activities, including musical chairs, dancing with your dog, a red carpet walk and more. Dogsee Chew handed out their treat goodies as prizes for the games.
