Nestle Purina PetCare acquired a majority stake in Tails.com, a United Kingdom-based customized dog food company, from venture capital group Draper Esprit, reported Reuters. The companies disclosed no financial terms of the transaction. Tails.com will operate as it has under co-foudner and CEO James Davidson.
