American Nutrition, a custom manufacturer that produces pet food and treats for branded companies and retailers, is pleased to contribute a donation of 27.5 tons of great tasting and nutritious pet food to eight different pet rescue organizations across Utah.
“As a company who is drawn close to our home roots, we’re delighted to be able to make this donation to pet food organizations in Utah,” said Steve Mills, SVP of customer brands and co-manufacturing, American Nutrition. “These organizations work hard on a daily basis to help the animals that we’ve grown to know and love, so to be able to help both our community and fury friends is an honor to us.”
Utah has been American Nutrition’s home for the past 47 years. American Nutrition was pleased to make donations to: Tiny Paws Cat Rescue, Hope's Rescue, Utah Basset Hounds Rescue, Community Animal Welfare Society, Rescue Rovers, Save Our Pets, Underworld Dog Kennels and Special Needs Poodle Rescue, all based in the state.
Pet owners want a lot from their pet food brands. They want primary proteins that suit what they believe is best for their animal. They want grains or they don't. They want something customized, but it has to be easy to understand.
Constraints and crises, like those experienced in 2020, help drive innovation and sustainability offers context.
