Ollie names Allison Stadd chief marketing officer

Fresh dog food company expands leadership team as it moves into broader wellness platform.

Ollie, a New York-based fresh dog food manufacturer, has appointed Allison Stadd as chief marketing officer. Stadd previously served in marketing leadership roles at Target subsidiary Shipt and pet subscription service BarkBox.

At Ollie, Stadd will oversee brand and marketing functions including growth, lifecycle marketing, creative strategy, customer insights, and customer service operations. The appointment supports Ollie's expansion beyond food products into what the company describes as a comprehensive dog wellness platform.

Stadd joins from Shipt, where she led integrated marketing for the same-day delivery service. Her background includes over 15 years in consumer brand marketing across pet care, food and beverage, and e-commerce sectors, with experience in customer retention and personalization strategies.

The hire coincides with Ollie's product diversification efforts. The company recently introduced AI-powered health screening tools within its mobile application and has increased investment in its research and development team.

Ollie produces personalized fresh dog food formulated based on individual pet profiles. The company positions its products as human-grade and science-backed, targeting pet owners seeking alternatives to traditional kibble.
