Mars, Inc. has been recognized on two of Glassdoor's 18th annual Employees' Choice Awards lists, ranking first on the inaugural Best Places to Work in Manufacturing and Energy list and sixth on the 2026 Best Places to Work list. The rankings are determined by voluntary, anonymous employee reviews submitted to Glassdoor.
The family-owned company employs more than 70,000 associates globally and produces pet food brands including PEDIGREE and Royal Canin, along with snacking and food brands.

According to Mars, 94% of its products sold in the U.S. are produced domestically. In 2025, the company announced a $2 billion investment in American manufacturing through 2026, building on $6 billion invested in manufacturing over the previous five years.
