Lucy Postins, founder and chief integrity officer of The Honest Kitchen, has been named to the Inc. 2026 Female Founders 500, an annual list recognizing women entrepreneurs in the United States.
Inc. editors evaluate honorees based on financial performance, brand momentum, innovation and social impact.
"I'm truly honored to be recognized alongside so many amazing women," Postins said. "This isn't just about me — it's about the incredible team at The Honest Kitchen and our mission to make human grade nutrition for pets accessible to everyone. I hope it inspires other women to lead with purpose and passion in their industries."
Postins founded The Honest Kitchen in 2002. The San Diego-based company helped pioneer the human grade pet food category and has expanded its portfolio of human grade foods and treats while growing distribution across major national retailers.
