Boops Pets has launched KSM-66 Ashwagandha Calming Soft Chews, a canine stress supplement formulated with an adaptogen ingredient backed by peer-reviewed, species-specific clinical trials.

The company said the product is designed to help dogs manage common stressors such as thunderstorms, travel and time alone. It carries NASC-Audited Member status, meaning the company's manufacturing and labeling practices have undergone independent oversight under the National Animal Supplement Council's quality standards.

"Pet parents are tired of hidden 'calming blends' with zero validation," said Jeffrey Meng, founder of Boops Pets. "By formulating specifically with KSM-66 Ashwagandha, we are providing a product backed by actual canine clinical trials and uncompromising science."

The formulation targets the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis, which regulates cortisol production. According to the company, maintaining healthy cortisol levels supports calmer behavior and improved resilience to environmental stress.

KSM-66 is a trademarked ashwagandha extract produced by Ixoreal Biomed. Boops Pets said all active ingredients are individually listed on the label, with no proprietary blends obscuring ingredient amounts.

The chews are manufactured in the U.S. in GMP-certified facilities and have undergone third-party testing for safety, purity and potency.
