Thaman will lead revenue growth, customer partnerships, commercial execution and expansion in strategic channels. He will also be responsible for strengthening key partnerships, advancing brand development, and scaling Ethical's portfolio across established and emerging channels.

Prior to joining Ethical Products, Thaman held senior leadership roles across revenue growth, sales, marketing, and business development, where he led large-scale retail programs, expanded distribution, and drove profitability across multiple channels, including specialty, mass, international, and e-commerce.
