Petco, a complete partner in pet health and wellness, announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of shares of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Petco has applied to list its common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "WOOF".
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and BofA Securities will serve as joint lead book runners for the proposed offering. Citigroup, Evercore ISI, Credit Suisse, UBS Investment Bank and Wells Fargo Securities will be joint book runners, and Baird and Guggenheim Securities will act as co-managers for the proposed offering.
