BioVivo Science to debut natural antioxidant platform at Petfood Forum

BioVivo Science will introduce its U.S.-made pet nutrition ingredient portfolio at Petfood Forum, headlined by the launch of AmbrOx, a polyphenol-based antioxidant solution for pet food stability.

BioVivo Science (BVS) will make its first appearance at Petfood Forum in Kansas City, Missouri, April 27–29, introducing a portfolio of pet nutrition ingredients anchored by the launch of AmbrOx, a polyphenol-based natural antioxidant platform.

AmbrOx is fat-soluble, allowing even distribution within lipid systems, and is designed to protect fats and oils from oxidation during processing and shelf life. The company says the ingredient maintains stability under high-temperature and extended drying conditions, including vacuum-coated premium kibble applications. The portfolio also includes rosemary extract as a natural preservative.

BioVivo Science will also showcase acerola, blueberry, cranberry and pomegranate extracts and juice powders intended to support immunity, antioxidant status, urinary tract health, inflammation response and overall wellness in dogs, cats and horses.

"Petfood Forum is the ideal place for us to introduce BioVivo Science and our US-made pet nutrition solutions," said Mary Joe Fernandez, global vice president of sales and business development. "In today's environment, supply chain transparency and ingredient origin are increasingly important, and we're excited to showcase how our US-made, science-backed botanical solutions for dogs, cats, and horses can help brands meet evolving formulation challenges while maintaining quality and consistency."

The company produces botanical ingredients in the U.S. using both domestically sourced and globally sourced raw materials, including AmbrOx, rosemary, cranberry and pomegranate.

Petfood Forum attendees can visit BioVivo Science at booth #2336 for a live demonstration comparing AmbrOx against rosemary extract and tocopherols on appearance and odor.
