Wuffes, a dog supplement brand, has launched at Pet Supermarket, marking the company's move into the pet specialty retail channel.
Five of Wuffes' best-selling supplements are now available across all 199 Pet Supermarket locations: Hip & Joint Chews in small-medium and large breed formulations, Joint Liquid, Calming Chews and Allergy & Itch Chews.
Wuffes ranked No. 400 on the 2025 Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing private companies. Founded five years ago, the company has served more than 750,000 dogs through direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels before expanding into retail this year.

Hip & Joint Chews
Available in formulations for small-medium breeds (under 65 pounds) and large breeds (over 65 pounds). Dogs require one to two chews per day. The large breed formula contains 1,997 mg of active ingredients per chew, including glucosamine, MSM, chondroitin, hyaluronic acid and green-lipped mussel.
Wuffes Joint Liquid
The product's primary ingredient is UC-II collagen. According to the company, UC-II collagen is clinically shown to outperform glucosamine and chondroitin taken alone, and 57% of dogs demonstrated measurably reduced joint discomfort in clinical use. The company said it produces the only canine joint liquid supplement in the U.S. using UC-II collagen at its clinically studied inclusion rate.
Wuffes Calming Chews
A melatonin-free calming chew formulated with Relora, a botanical complex studied for reducing cortisol levels and promoting calm behavior without sedation.
Wuffes Allergy & Itch Chews
A triple-action formula intended to address itching and regulate the immune response, formulated with IgG colostrum, turkey tail mushroom, quercetin, omega-3s and vitamin E. The company guarantees minimum active compound levels per batch:
- Colostrum → 50% IgG
- Turkey tail → 20% polysaccharides
- Algae oil → 105 mg actual omega-3s
