PetLabCo dog supplements roll out to 1,500 PetSmart stores

Four PetLabCo products designed to support gut, dental, joint and immune health are now sold in PetSmart stores nationwide.

PetLabCo announced that four of its dog supplement products are now available in more than 1,500 PetSmart stores across the U.S., expanding the brand’s U.S. retail distribution.

The company said the products are reviewed by veterinarians and are designed to support four areas of canine wellness: gut health, oral health, mobility, and immune and skin health. The products now carried by PetSmart are:

  • Tailored Probiotic Chews: A daily soft chew designed to support gut health and normal stools. According to PetLabCo, more than 11 million tubs of its flagship standard Probiotic Chew have been sold in the U.S.
  • ProBright dental powder: A powder that combines probiotics, brown algae and sodium hexametaphosphate to support oral hygiene, gum health and fresh breath.
  • Joint Care Chew Advanced: A salmon-flavored chew formulated to support joint comfort, flexibility and mobility in dogs at all life stages.
  • Tailored Allergy & Immune Probiotic Chews: A soft chew that combines probiotics with prebiotics, postbiotics, colostrum and omega fatty acids to support normal immune function and skin and coat health.

PetLabCo reported having 5 million U.S. customers. The retail expansion follows private equity firm BC Partners’ acquisition of a majority stake in the company in early 2025.

“As a service-led company founded by pet parents for pet parents, we are always listening to our customers and looking for additional ways to help them support their pets’ well-being,” said Chris Masanto, co-founder and CEO of PetLabCo. “With our expansion into all U.S. PetSmart stores, we’re thrilled to be able to serve even more pet parents across America. It’s all part of the exceptional customer experience that has given PetLabCo over 100,000 five-star ratings and reviews globally.”
