Civil action has been launched in the Australian Supreme Court over the explosion that destroyed the BestCare Foods Limited's pet factory at Gunnedah, in northwest New South Wales, six years ago, according to an article on Australian Broadcasting Corp.
The explosion on Australia Day 2003 caused millions of dollars in damage and leveled the factory, which at the time employed 35 staff.
A coroner's report into the explosion found it was caused by a build-up of gas in the factory.
