The Wenger Extrusion Group acquired Source Technology A/S, a provider of inline analysis systems used to ensure food safety in petfood production.
Headquartered in Kolding, Denmark, Source Technology supplies inline sampling and analysis systems to petfood manufacturers for enhancing food safety in applications involving powders and pellets. Wenger, a manufacturer of extrusion processing systems, says the acquisition of Source Technology will strengthen its ability to provide automated extrusion technology systems with enhanced process control.
