Months after the Sherborn, Massachusetts, USA, Zoning Board of Appeals shut down Sweet Meadow Farm due to alleged illegal operations , Department of Agricultural Resources Commissioner Scott Soares sent a letter to the ZBA saying the farm's feed business is protected under state agricultural laws.
The letter could strengthen the appeal farm owners filed following a ruling by the ZBA alleging the farm's feed business was illegal, according to The MetroWest Daily News .
