ADM Animal Nutrition, a division of Archer Daniels Midland Company, named Amy McCarthy vice president, Pet Nutrition. In this role, McCarthy will drive the pet nutrition strategy and work to expand ADM’s product offerings in ingredients, premixes, pet foods and pet treats as well as continue to bolster ADM’s product development capabilities.
“Amy is an experienced leader in the pet food space, and we are pleased to have her join our team,” said Ryan Lane, president of ADM Animal Nutrition, North America. “With an eye towards strategic business growth, we welcome Amy’s expertise and dedication to being customer-focused.”
McCarthy joins ADM Animal Nutrition with nearly two decades of experience working in the animal health and nutrition field. She is an alumna of Louisiana State University, where she earned her Ph.D. in animal nutrition.
