Bow Wow Labs, the makers of innovative products to help keep dogs healthy, happy and safe, has announced that Michael Sapp is joining the company’s Board of Advisors. Michael's career at PetSmart spanned nearly two decades and today, he is an acknowledged nationally renowned pet industry expert.

When Michael joined PetSmart in 2001, the company’s value was $825 million. During his 18 years employment there, he wound up as one of the top senior leaders. In 2015, the company was taken private for $8.7 billion. Over the years, Michael has achieved consistent records of increasing revenue and profit with innovative approaches to opportunities.
He has had significant experience with large consumer packaged goods suppliers as well as with small emerging brands. Michael has had enormous success in building businesses and creating markets to drive competitive advantage by using innovation in products, merchandising, and marketing, as well as developing leaders and teams. After leaving PetSmart in 2019, Michael found himself wanting to find a smaller company to get involved with and help grow.
