Pet industry veteran Doug Siegal joins RAWZ Natural Pet Food to lead sales strategy and support continued growth in independent pet retail.

RAWZ Natural Pet Food has named Doug Siegal as its new vice president of sales. Siegal brings over 20 years of experience in the pet industry, including leadership roles at Stella & Chewy’s and fabdog, where he oversaw sales and operations and helped drive national brand growth.

In his new role, Siegal will oversee RAWZ’s sales strategy, focusing on cross-functional collaboration, data-informed decision-making, and strategic planning to support growth across the independent pet retail channel.

RAWDOGZ said Siegal is known in the industry for his consultative approach and ability to build lasting partnerships with distributors and retailers. He has led sales teams of 20 or more and is recognized for fostering team-oriented, collaborative cultures.

Before joining RAWZ, Siegal served as vice president of sales & operations at fabdog, where he helped expand the brand’s North American presence. His earlier work with Stella & Chewy’s contributed to the company’s transformation from a startup into an international pet food brand.
