Local residents Chad and Jennifer Carico are the franchise owners of the new Woof Gang Bakery store. They are eager to provide customers and their pets with wholesome pet foods, quality products and full-service pet grooming in a welcoming, neighborhood setting.
With extensive experience in the pet and retail sectors, the Caricos bring expertise and commitment to the well-being of their furry clientele. Jennifer is a professional pet groomer and a former veterinary technician. It’s all in the family as Jennifer’s grandmother was a pet groomer and her mother, Karen Shirah, is a groomer at the new Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Dothan location. Both Chad and Jennifer consider personalized customer service a top priority.
“We love our customers! We appreciate their loyalty and trust in us to help them do what’s best for their pets,” said Jennifer. “We are eager to teach them how good nutrition equates to healthy, happy pets. Plus, we’re excited to introduce our customers to new pet products and treats, some of which will be baked fresh right here in our store.”
The Caricos share a customer-focused business approach and enjoy meeting neighbors and their pets. The couple is committed to being a positive force in the local animal rescue community. Their own furry and feathered family includes a Doberman Pinscher named Max, a poodle named Boomer, cats, horses and chickens.
