Tina Le Lay, with 17 years at Hartz, previously CMO, is recognized for her role in developing the "Unconditional Love" campaign. She emphasizes the importance of authenticity and insights in content creation, especially targeting the younger pet parent demographic on platforms like Meta and TikTok.
Dai Kageyama, former senior director of marketing--Cat Treats, elevates to VP of marketing. Under his leadership, Delectables became the #1 brand of wet cat treats. Kageyama aims to expand market share by reaching more cat owners and ensuring sub-brands connect meaningfully with the Delectables master brand.
