RAWZ Natural Pet Food, dedicated to enhancing pets' lives through nutritionally exceptional recipes, kicks off the year by giving back, donating $500,000 from its 2023 profits to various animal shelters and organizations nationwide. The donation focuses on three key initiatives:
Service Dog Providers: Supporting organizations like Guide Dogs for the Blind, Joys of Living Assistance Dogs, and more, RAWZ allocates funds for training and providing service dogs to individuals with disabilities
Dog & Cat Rescues: Acknowledging the crucial role of animal shelters, RAWZ contributes to organizations such as Darbster Foundation, Best Friends Animal Society, and others, aiding in rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming pets.
Spinal Cord Injury and Traumatic Brain Injury: RAWZ directs a portion of the donation towards organizations like Krempels Brain Injury Center and Spaulding Rehab Hospital Supporting Surroundings Fund, supporting individuals and families affected by injury and disability
In addition to the monetary contribution, RAWZ donates over 4,300lbs of high-quality food, valued at over $40,000, to Houston-based organizations–Houston Humane Society, K9 Angels Rescue and Houston Pets Alive.
Janet Scott, Owner of RAWZ Natural Pet Food, expressed gratitude for the ability to make these significant donations, emphasizing the company's commitment to making a positive impact on animals and humans. The RAWZ Fund, established in 2015, has donated over $3.2 million to date. For more details, visit www.rawznaturalpetfood.com.
