SuperZoo, North America’s only in-person pet retail event, announced the return of its industry-leading education program beginning August 16, one day before SuperZoo 2021’s show floor opens at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. Produced by the World Pet Association (WPA), SuperZoo has earned a reputation as the industry’s most anticipated pet retail event, and this year’s event, taking place August 16–19, 2021, will continue to deliver seminars and trainings that will help pet industry professionals refine their retail strategies, master the latest grooming techniques and stay ahead of animal wellness trends.
“Independent pet retailers thrive on SuperZoo’s education program, and after nearly two years without convening, our expert-led sessions are more critical to attend now than ever,” said Vic Mason, President of WPA. “The customized programming will feature topics including pivoting to e-commerce, animal wellness and nutrition and remaining relevant in the digital age. We’re thrilled to safely reconvene and position the pet retail community for success at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center this August. We’re working closely with local and state officials to create an environment that enables our community to meet with confidence after nearly two years apart.”
SuperZoo’s education program will deliver expert-led advice and trend insights that help both new and seasoned pet professionals satisfy their customers and boost profits. SuperZoo’s education program is customizable, featuring retail tracks including Business, Leadership/Personal Development and Nutrition/Wellness. With sessions like Leveraging Your SEO and Google My Business Page and What’s New in Nutrition?
