American Packaging Corporation (APC) announces Ray Graham has transitioned to the role of chief executive officer (CEO) and president, effective January 1, 2025. The move follows the retirement of former CEO Jeff Koch, who stepped down on December 31, 2024, and has since joined APC’s board of directors.

“As I step into the role of CEO, I am excited about the future of American Packaging and the unlimited potential for our business,” Graham said. “I will continue to engage with our valued customers, strategic suppliers and most importantly our employees, who are the most talented, results-oriented team of professionals in the flexible packaging industry.”

Graham joined APC in 2002, leading operations at the Flexographic Printing & Laminating Center of Excellence in Story City, Iowa. Over the years, he has held several leadership positions, including vice president of operations and, most recently, executive vice president and chief operating officer. His tenure has been marked by significant expansions, including three new greenfield sites and numerous investments in advanced capital equipment.

Headquartered in Columbus, Wisconsin, U.S., APC is a family-owned company specializing in flexible packaging solutions, including flexographic, rotogravure and digital printing. The company offers six Centers of Excellence across the U.S. and employs nearly 1,300 people.
