Davis, known for her work in safety, sustainability and advocacy in consumer products, will spearhead initiatives to enhance Ollie's impact across various areas, including environmental health, social responsibility and sustainable sourcing.

Davis's past experience includes developing industry-leading safety and sustainability standards for major brands like Beautycounter and Credo. At Ollie, she has already made significant strides, such as transitioning from paper to digital feeding guidelines, which has notably reduced the company's carbon footprint. Additionally, she has initiated a comprehensive Greenhouse Gas (GHG) assessment to establish actionable carbon reduction goals for the company.

Looking forward, Ollie, under Davis's leadership, will focus on sourcing certified, traceable and sustainably produced proteins and prioritizing ingredients grown using regenerative farming practices. The company is also working on reducing packaging waste and forging strategic partnerships with organizations dedicated to environmental and social causes, including placing stray animals in forever homes and removing plastic waste from the environment.
